I do have a user account, but when I use it, nothing happens. Most of the time I can make it work by opening Chrome as Administrator from within the user account, but even though it is the default app, it will not open when the program is closed and I click a link external to the browser, nothing happens. If you were using Chrome in Windows 8. It worked for me and was mentioned in another post by Anna Zdunkiewicz to try and it worked! I am sure Google or Microsoft will correct this issue in the future. You will have to log back into Chrome using the log on name and password that you used when you signed up, but yes when you sign in everything will be as you left it.
