There are 8 locations each with 3 glyph puzzles. Once a puzzle is completed a set of 3 missions is revealed with a chest or mission being awarded at the end of all 3. A maximum of 4 Assassins can be sent on a mission. More assassins with higher levels increases your chances of passing the missions. Assassins can be leveled up by using Nomad points. These are collected through the missions, glyph puzzles and social club renovations. You can hire more assassins by synchronizing viewpoints which also unlocks the Glyph locations.
Completing Glyph Puzzles aren't too difficult as the location of the icons never change.
